How to Delete Your Data

1. In-App: Go to account settings and select "Delete Account".
2. Email: Send a request from your registered email to support@fourloveagency.com with subject "Data Deletion Request".
3. Facebook: Use Facebook's platform settings to delete your data. We support Facebook's Data Deletion Callback.

What Gets Deleted

Your account info, profile details, messages, enquiry and booking history, saved searches, social login tokens, and session data. Where you are an Agent, active property listings and any tenancy/payment records required for legal or accounting purposes are handled separately — contact support to discuss these before requesting deletion.

Timeline

Your account is immediately deactivated upon request. Complete data deletion is processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Irreversibility

Data deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
